The room was newly renovated and equipped with a bathtub and the bathroom, for example. Location: the hotel was close enough to New Haven, nearby restaurants, and local beaches. After long day I visited Tazza Osteria & Bar for a couple of drinks.

Good breakfast, stable WiFi conncetion, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and fresh air:)
When I was paying for the accommodation (March 25), the receptionist made a mistake and wrote off the funds twice. It was on the weekend, so I had to wait for a refund.

The food scene nearby is a gem! I hit up Craft 260 for some great bites and Luigi's for Italian that hit all the right spots. Plus, the room was comfy and had controllable AC, a lifesaver on a hot day.
Checking in was like a scene from a bad movie. The front desk guy was pretty rude about extra charges and didn't bother to explain properly-definitely needs a lesson in hospitality. The noise from the air conditioning unit was a bit much, waking me up at night.

The staff were helpful and answered all my questions. I enjoyed the outdoor pool which was good. It was easy to check in and out online. Being so close to Jennings Beach was a bonus for me as I love spending time by the water.
The amenities were very basic. I missed having more features in the room. The shower gel in a dispenser felt less personal. The diner next door didn't meet my expectations for quality.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed the spacious room that was well kept and had easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was solid with several options, and the free parking was a huge plus. The only downside was a bit of noise from the pool area in the evenings, but it was manageable. A very positive experience!

We enjoyed visiting Captain Jack's for a fun Billy Joel Tribute and loved the easy access to fine views nearby. The breakfast was solid, and the room was spacious. Parking was free and convenient. The diner next door and Luigi's across the road were excellent dining choices!
One downside was a slight noise issue from the pool area, especially in the evenings when kids were swimming. It was manageable, but I might prefer a unit facing away from the pool next time.
